C++ Group Presentation Guidelines | CS-303 Assignment Rules and Slide Requirements
Learn the CS-303 C++ group presentation guidelines, including team size, slide count, speaking roles, submission deadlines, and presentation best practices for a successful class presentation.
1. Group size and slide count
- Work in groups of 3–4 students.
- Prepare at least 20 PowerPoint slides. Aim for 24 slides to make it easier to divide the work among group members.
2. Presentation content and design
- Teach one main idea per slide.
- Use readable text and explain code in your own words.
- Use visuals—such as flowcharts, diagrams, screenshots, or annotated code—to make ideas easier to understand.
- Vary your slide layouts. Keep animations simple and use them only when they help explain a point.
- Cite sources for any facts, images, or code you did not create.
3. Sharing the work
- Every student must help prepare the slides and speak during the presentation.
- Divide the slides so each student has a similar amount of work and speaking time.
- Use the 24-slide plan to help share the presentation evenly.
- Rehearse as a group and practice smooth handoffs between speakers.
4. In-class presentation and submission
- Present your PowerPoint slides in class.
- Record the presentation with voice narration.
- Submit the narrated recording through Google Classroom by 16 October 2026.
