✅ Steps to Log in on SAP GUI
1️⃣ Install SAP GUI
Make sure you have SAP GUI installed on your computer.
Your IT or SAP Basis team usually provides the installer.
2️⃣ Get Your SAP Login Credentials
You need:
Client Number (e.g., 100, 800)
User ID
Password
SAP Server details (Application Server & System Number)
These are usually shared by your SAP administrator.
3️⃣ Open SAP GUI
Double-click the SAP Logon icon on your desktop or find it in your Start menu.
4️⃣ Select or Add the SAP System - SAP Logon 800
If your system is already listed, click it.
If not:
Click New > Connection.
