How to Change Theme Settings in SAP – Step-by-Step Guide for GUI and Fiori

✅ 1. For SAP GUI (SAP Logon Desktop)
- Open SAP Logon and connect to your system.
- On the top menu, click Customize Local Layout (the icon that looks like a monitor with a wrench, or press
Alt + F12).
- Select Options.
- In the left panel, expand SAP GUI settings and actions → Visual Design → Theme Settings.
- You will see the list of available themes (e.g., SAP Signature Theme, Blue Crystal, Quartz, etc.).
- Select your preferred theme and click Apply → OK.
- Restart the SAP GUI to apply the new theme.
✅ 2. For SAP Fiori Launchpad (Web Browser)
- Log in to your SAP Fiori Launchpad.
- Click on your user icon/profile icon (usually in the top right corner).
- Click Settings.
- Go to Appearance or Themes (the exact name depends on your version).

- Select your desired theme and click Save.
