🚀 How to Open SAP HCM Ad Hoc Query

Step 1: Log in to SAP

• Enter your SAP User ID and Password.
• Once logged in, you’ll see the SAP Easy Access screen.

Step 2: Access the Ad Hoc Query Tool

You can open Ad Hoc Query using one of the following methods:

• Transaction Code:

  • Enter S_PH0_48000513 → Directly opens Ad Hoc Query.
  • Enter SQ01 → Opens SAP Query (for broader query management).

• Menu Path:

  Human Resources → Information System → Reporting Tools → Ad Hoc Query
  

Step 3: Select a User Group

• If prompted, choose your User Group.
• If you don’t have one assigned, contact your SAP Basis/Security Team to request access.

Step 4: Choose an InfoSet (Data Source)

• Select from the list of available InfoSets (predefined data structures).

• In HCM, InfoSets typically include:
